BREAKING NEWS: Jon Hamm Reflects on Paige DeSorbo and Craig Conover Split: ‘End of an Era’.giang

Jon Hamm had a relatable reaction to Paige DeSorbo and Craig Conover‘s breakup.

During CNN’s New Year’s Eve Live broadcast hosted by Anderson Cooper and Andy Cohen, the Mad Men actor weighed in on the current happenings of the Bravo universe.

“Since we talked sports, we gotta talk Bravo,” Cohen, 56, said during their Times Square broadcast while Hamm, 53, called in from Chicago’s Wrigley Field during the NHL Winter Classic game between the St. Louis Blues and the Chicago Blackhawks.

The Watch What Happens Live host proceeded to ask about the current season of Real Housewives of Beverly Hills while Cooper, 57, was astounded by Hamm’s deep knowledge of the reality TV franchise. “Is Jon Hamm a fan?” he asked.

“I have some thoughts. Dorit [Kemsley] is not doing it for me these days,” the Fargo actor said. “I’m having some issues with her mentality and her issues.”

However, there was one former Bravo couple on his mind that night. “I gotta pour one out for Craig and Paige,” Hamm said of the couple, who broke up in late December after three years together. “My goodness. The end of an era. Geez. Who’da thunk it?”

Cohen had a similar reaction, posting several crying emojis beneath an Instagram post sharing the news.

DeSorbo, 32, revealed that she and Conover, 35, had split during the Dec. 30 episode of her and Hannah Berner‘s Giggly Squad podcast.

“It’s weird, it’s very weird. I wasn’t expecting this,” the Summer House star said. “Obviously, when we first started dating, you don’t think, ‘Oh, what will happen? Will we get married, will we not?’ You’re just kind of like, in this relationship.”

Though she didn’t get into detail about what caused the breakup, DeSorbo said that she has “so much love and respect” for Conover. “I think he is one of the best people I have ever met in my entire life. I will remain the biggest fan of him and want the best for him and he truly will get the best because he is the best.”

“But with that said, I think it was just the right decision for both of us moving forward in our lives and the direction in our lives that we didn’t force,” she added.

Southern Charm‘s Conover, meanwhile, told PEOPLE weeks before their breakup that they were going to get married.

“We’re playing the long game. It would be easy to go for instant gratification, but the foundation that we’re building is so that we die together one day, not just make it fun,” he said at the time.

The former couple began dating in 2021 after appearing on Winter House together.
